With my scientific training and many years of experience in management positions and in sports, I have a sound knowledge of nutritional counseling, which I have further deepened through my qualification as a nutritionist and nutritionist for sports.
My approach to nutritional counseling is holistic and systemic. This means that I don't just look at nutrition in isolation, but also at people in their entire living environment. Nutrition is always part of a larger system that includes physical, emotional and social factors. This systemic approach allows me to develop individual solutions that can be sustainably integrated into everyday life.
Regardless of whether you want to optimize your athletic performance, improve your health in the long term or fundamentally change your eating habits - I am at your side as a coach. Together we will develop tailor-made strategies that meet both your personal goals and your individual needs. I place particular emphasis on scientifically based methods to enable sustainable change.

In the area of sports coaching, the focus is particularly on adapting nutrition to sporting goals in accordance with the training plan and preparing for and successfully completing competitions. It is advisable to work closely with the respective sports coach.
Nutrition plan
Nutrition planning is a very structured type of nutrition coaching. It requires special discipline from both the coach and the client. We support the nutrition plan with corresponding apps that simplify documentation.
