SportBrennstoff is a young, dynamic company. SportBrennstoff was founded as an innovative brand for sports nutrition in 2024 by Ingolf Zschockelt. This was preceded by a long period of development, finding the right partners and testing.

Ingolf Zschockelt was born in 1968 and has a long history in various sports. Starting with volleyball, then Tae-Kwon-Do as a trainer with a trainer's license and successful at the state level, from mountain bike marathons to triathlon. The love of triathlon blossomed in 2007 in close connection with his own bike shop, Bike Rite, in Bad Vilbel Dortelweil. In 2009, he made his first successful start at the Ironman in Frankfurt. There are now over 20 successful finishes in the long-distance triathlon. This includes three successful finishes at the legendary Ironman World Championship in Kailua-Kona in Hawaii.

Here are a few more fun facts: Ingolf also loves snowboarding and has been eating exclusively vegetarian for more than 5 years. He has been doing triathlon since 2007 and his next goal is the Ironman Frankfurt in 2025, which will be the 10th anniversary of this race.
